My Revolution Goals
- Make me a Top Priority for a change
- Fit into cute clothes from mall stores and be comfortable in them
- Better relationships (family, friends, love, pets, co-workers)
I also have some healthy lifestyle goals too. I find that if I set "weight loss" goals I don't ever achieve them but if I set "healthy" goals I not only achieve those but benefit from weight loss. So far these are my accomplishments.
- lost 22 pounds so far (from the time I got to new york to now)
- dropped 2 dress sizes
- upped my water intake to 6 8oz glasses a day then I can have my Pepsi
- work out in the mornings after T goes to work
- Be under 200 lbs
- Lose 4 more dress sizes
- up my water intake to 8 8oz glasses
- get moving through out the day not just during my workouts
- portion control
- Size 18
- weight 245
- current workout session 1/2 hr dancing with the stars DVD
