Hi everyone,
I'm sorry to those who have come to this blog via my you tube weight loss challenge and found it pretty much empty. I have had zero time to blog about anything until now. I've recently put together a schedule for the day adding in time to sit at my computer and blog as well as work on my businesses. Thank you for following along with my journey into weight loss and I hope to inspire others to get moving and be a more healthy version of you!
