- A= Aqua (drink more water)
- B= Baby ( I want to have kids but my body isn't ready for that)
- C= Clean ( just keep it clean inside and out)
- D= Dye ( I need to dye my hair responsibly instead of extreme dye jobs)
- E= Eat ( I need to look at food as fuel rather than comfort)
- F= Family ( I need to have healthy relationships with my family)
- G= Gym ( I need to work with my trainer more)
- H= Hairless ( I need to get on a hair removal schedule :) )
- I= IGNORE HATERS
- J= Jog ( I want to build up strength and jog a few times a week)
- K= Kickbox ( I need for my own sanity and mental health to feel safe so I want to kickbox)
- L= LOVE MYSELF
- M= Move Daily ( quit being a couch potato and get moving!)
- N= New Wardrobe ( my ultimate reward)
- O= OM ( meditate daily to cleanse my inner self)
- P= Pamper myself ( need to take care of me sometimes)
- Q= QUIT MAKING EXCUSES
- R= Rest ( get proper sleep down, not to much and not to little)
- S= Sexual Healthy ( get myself to the gynecologist for pap smear etc. )
- T= Treats ( life should be fun so a little treat here and there won't kills me)
- U= Underwear ( get fitted for proper underwear to make me look and feel good)
- V= VICTORY (Cause I can do this!!)
- W= Weight Watchers ( how I plan on managing food)
- X= eXamples ( pick an idol someone I can look up to for success)
- Y= Yoga ( incorporate stretching into my work out plan)
- Z= Zumba ( to work out and get my groove on)
Between my Guy, Pets, keeping up the house, my Scentsy Business, family, friends, and trying to carve out some time for myself my plate is full. Why doesn't life come with a guide? These are the stories of the days of my lives (wink wink)
