- every time we have a maintenance issue and go down to the office in person mind you to fill out a work order they tell us they have it in their system but we never see the maintenance guy. It takes for us to see him out and about to ask him to look at the problem.
- we live in gang territory but hey that one is really our problem I guess.
- The people in the office are not the brightest bulbs in the box! I went to see what amount of credit we had since we had been paying a few hundred extra on our rent. It took me 3 times to get the correct answer from the "manager".
- they print up flyers with important information that seems to be time sensitive with the date that they were drafted on the memo. However we don't get them until usually the day before something is due.
- annual inspections are mandatory and I understand that. But they pick a holiday weekend and again see #4 to do them. A)people are out of town B) they have company staying with them. Oh and they pick a block of 3 days but can't give you any sort of time so they expect your pets to be locked up in kennels all day for up to three days. NICE!!!
- We were told that a full size washer dryer would fit. nope it doesn't!
- We were given a date to sign the papers and move in, however when we pulled into the complex that is when the office decided to call us and inform us that the cleaning crew did not show up the day before. Why not call us before we actually arrived to the complex?
- When we did get our keys we went into the apartment there was piles of crap in every room and we were also lied to because we were told that the carpet was to nasty so it would be new. Nope nasty carpet that still has stains that they could not clean out. Oh and the people before us had dogs that shit all over the house so our dog thinks that is where he is supposed to go potty.
- The lights on the stairwells don't turn on until well after dark, they are also falling apart.
Between my Guy, Pets, keeping up the house, my Scentsy Business, family, friends, and trying to carve out some time for myself my plate is full. Why doesn't life come with a guide? These are the stories of the days of my lives (wink wink)

The Joys of Renting.
The apartment complex that T and I live in currently is probably the most ass backwards place I have ever lived in. So in order for me to vent and get over it I've decided to list all the issues I have had with them since we moved in 6 months ago.
